If you’re looking for the best steak in the region then book a table with us. Native Longhorn, Shorthorn and Galloway cattle, sourced from award winning Farmers and Butchers, mature slowly to develop a wonderful flavour as they graze on a natural diet of grass and hay.
Our steaks are Dry Aged to over 40 days to give them the taste and tenderness we look for. Steaks include Fillet, Sirloin, Rib-eye, Picanha (a specialty rump cut popular in Argentina) and our signature steak – the Prime Rib cooked on the bone.
In addition to creating a unique niche for steak lovers our menu offers a delight for all foodies who just love simple dishes with superior ingredients cooked exceptionally well. Chicken, lamb and fish cuts along with fresh veg go into classic and innovative dishes prepared by our Chef Patron, Jonathan Gledhill.
